Yes, your XYON subscription includes ongoing dermatologist consultations. If you have any medical questions about your prescribed hair growth treatment, please reach out to your prescribing dermatologist by clicking “view message” in the email you received upon confirmation of your prescription. This will open a chat widget with the option to message your dermatologist.
Due to the nature of prescription medications, we cannot accept returns. You can opt-out of your subscription at any time. You will be charged for the most recent prescription filled but not for any after you have opted out.
If your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact the XYON Experience Team at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt to replace your order.
If you believe you are experiencing side effects due to the treatment, please speak to your prescribing dermatologist immediately.

The best way to dispose of expired, unwanted or unused medication is to drop it off at a drug take-back program through your local pharmacy or health department.

If there are no drug take-back programs in your region, please follow the drug disposal steps outlined below:
- Place the medication into a sealable bag
- Remove all personal information from the prescription container label
- Discard both the sealed bag and prescription container in your household trash
The expiration date indicated on your medication is informed by the compounding pharmacy's quality control and safety regulations. It is included as a precautionary measure.
If you apply your topical medication as prescribed, each course of treatment should be completed well before the formulation’s expiration date. Consult the prescribing physician or pharmacy directly if you have any concerns about using your medication after the expiration date has passed.
You will be prompted to add your credit card information while creating your account to complete the account creation process. You will not be charged until a prescription has been issued, and after this, your credit card will be charged, and going forward, every three months for your 90-day refills. You can pause your next refill at any time via by informing the XYON Experience Team at [email protected]
You can opt out of your subscription at any time from within your XYON account. You will be charged for the most recent prescription filled. You can restart your subscription at any time from the XYON account as well, but depending on time since opting out, you may need to see a dermatologist through the XYON platform to renew your prescription.
