At this time, prescriptions for Topical Finasteride, with SiloxysSystem™ Gel or Oral Finasteride are only available to customers residing in the United States and Canada. We plan to add additional countries in future.

Once your prescription is submitted to the pharmacy, your order should arrive within three to five business days.

We will charge your method of payment 10 days prior to the end of your 90-day supply of the Topical Finasteride, with SiloxysSystem™ Gel, and ship the refill at that time. This way, you can continue your daily usage without interruption.

Once you have completed your no-cost consultation, you will receive an email from a dermatologist to recommend a treatment plan. That email will contain a link to allow you to communicate with your dermatologist directly and securely with any medical-related questions you might have.

Once you have opened your XYON account and provided your information, a dermatologist will review your information and connect with you within a few business days to discuss your eligibility. If you do not hear from us within two business days, please email [email protected]

The treatment will be shipped to you discreetly through one of our partner pharmacies in the United States or Canada.

Oral finasteride is available through XYON. A dermatologist will recommend the best treatment for you based on the information you have provided. You may indicate your interest in oral finasteride in the consultation process.

If you are travelling elsewhere within the United States, you can change your shipping address in your XYON account. Otherwise, contact us at [email protected] and we will help you order an additional supply.

Your annual subscription will be billed to the credit card you have provided in three-month intervals, each time a 90-day supply of your treatment is shipped.

At the end of the twelve-month prescription, we will remind you to follow up with a dermatologist via the XYON platform to renew the prescription.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your shipment. If you need more information on the status of your order, you can log in to your XYON account, or if you have additional questions, email us at [email protected]

Getting started with XYON is easy.

Create your account - Begin by clicking “Start your free consultation” on our website. You will be prompted to create an account with XYON and upload your personal information.

Consultation - Once you have created your account, a dermatologist will review your information. Please allow a few business days for your personal information to undergo medical review. If you receive a prescription, it will be sent to the compounding pharmacy directly by the dermatologist.

Shipping confirmation - Once your medication has been shipped by the pharmacy, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Subscription - Your subscription will automatically renew and a new shipment will be sent every three months.
